Wink OT: How often have you gotten lost in a casino parking lot?

Okay so Mrs. mjcewl and myself were at Caesars AC the other night wrapping up a great weekend in which our stops included Harrahs Resort, The Trop and The Borgata. She hopped on to her video poker while I was at the arena playing some hold'em. At about 12 midnight, Mrs. mjcewl says she's going to use a comp on a room there and said she'd call me on room number. I had been playing for 3 hrs and was up $500 and was NOT going anywhere, love the night crowds.

Fast forward to... 7 am, I am up almost a G and I decide to get up and cash out. Collect my cash and then I go up to crash for a few hrs before the drive back down.

Fast forward to... 12 noon. My wife and I walk toward the parking lot and I ask her where did we park? She said I don't know, I thought you knew. Oh boy. So we hop on the elevator, do a floor by floor thing where we press our alarm panic remote thing. Then we hopped over to the other part of the parking lot and then did the same thing. After an hour, we finally locate our car. The worst part of Caesars in AC is that it is such a large parking complex and has so many access points that it probably might've taken longer to locate the car.

So the question is how often have you been lost in a parking lot after gambling so much you forgot where you parked?

I haven't been lost in a parking lot, but I've often found myself in a parking lot after having lost.

Gosh! After a shopping frenzy, I've lost my car in a Walmart parking lot! I guess that's why when I go to casino, I pay special attention to where I park...nearby Indian casino has little cards you can pick up outside of the elevator to tell you where you've parked - came in very handy more than once!

When I first started out in the business world, I worked for an automotive leasing company that was affiliated with a dealership. I would often drive home a different car 2 or 3 times a week, sometimes every nite. And not necessarily the brand that the dealership sold. Demos, used cars, cars just off lease-you name it.

I could remember generally where I parked, but not what was parked there. Had to look for the dealer plates in order to find my car...

I imagine if I lived near an Indian casino I could always buy a beaver pelt from the gift shop and put it on my antenna.
