award redemption fees w/credit card
I have the frontier credit card but when I go through the award booking process it is still charging the redemption fee. What am I doing wrong. Thanks.

It won't come off until you put in your payment option and select Frontier Mastercard, then it should.

If for some reason it doesn't come of you can cancel immediately and get a full refund, although the refunds take a day or two.
