"Blind Man Refused Travel by Frontier" - that is some kind of worst case headline for publicity. Basically the agents thought he was incapable of caring for the child he was accompanying or he would otherwise have been boarded. It's a judgement call they probably should have let him board but it's not exactly a crime against humanity. Of course it's corporate suicide not to apologize up and down the internet and comp him a new flight
