F9 eliminates toll-free phone number

I have no problems with F9 dropping the toll free #.

True. But let's put this in perspective. For a one hour call to US, it would cost around $1.50 (Skype.com says 2.3 cents/min, which is more than I expected). Unless you're making hours and hours of (now toll free) calls, the cost is pretty minimal.
