"n order to enter the drawing, all 12 questions in the quiz must be answered.
There is only one correct answer among the choices given for each question.
When you have answered all 12 questions, you will be informed as to how many you answered correctly, but not which ones. This will give you a chance to change your answers before entering the drawing.
To ensure that all participants in the drawing have an equal chance to win, you may enter the drawing only once.
All prizes will be drawn from those entries in which all 12 questions have been answered correctly. The grand prize and other prizes must be used from 15 June 2015 to 30 September 2015
Each prize package is meant for two people.
In case a hotel included in the package is closed or booked at the time chosen by you, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs is entitled to change the order of the use of the hotels included in the package or to substitute the hotel named in the package with another hotel.
Airline tickets from Estonian Air will be valid for regular flights, but not for charter flights. In case the airplane is booked at the time you have chosen, we will negotiate with you to find another travel date convenient for you as well as for the airline.
The quiz is meant to introduce Estonia to citizens of other countries, and the prizes will be drawn from among non-Estonian participants only. If it becomes clear after the drawing that the winner is an Estonian citizen, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs reserves the right to draw a new winner.
One of the individuals using the prize must be the winner of the prize. The winner does not have the right to pass the prize on to another party. If the winner who is drawn does not wish to use the prize himself, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs reserves the right to draw a new winner.
The names of the winners will be published on this page on 5 June 2015, and the winners will be contacted within the next few days according to the contact information submitted.
This drawing is organised and carried out by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Estonia. The decisions of the judges are final and no correspondence will occur. All prizes are final as drawn and they cannot be substituted with alternate prizes or cash unless the ministry sees fit to do so. "
NOTE- while air is included, it is on Estonian Air, which AFAIK, has something of a limited footprint.
