RADISSON “Holiday Escape” Sweepstakes
Eligibility: The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
How To Enter: To enter the Sweepstakes, you may visit Radisson’s Facebook page at http://www.facebook.com/Radisson (the “Page”), click the Sweepstakes tab and follow the on-screen instructions to submit your entry (a “Regular Entry”). ALL REGULAR ENTRIES MUST BE RECEIVED BY 11:59 PM CT ON THE END DATE OF THE RELEVANT ENTRY PERIOD.

Entry Limit: Limit one (1) Regular Entry per person, per Entry Period. Regular Entries by the same person in excess of the limits stated herein will be disqualified. Regular Entries submitted to the Page will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address.
Bonus Entry: After submitting a Regular Entry, you may earn a bonus entry (“Bonus Entry”) if you
(i) share information about the Sweepstakes and your entry using the Facebook and/or Twitter links provided on the entry confirmation page after you submit a Regular Entry, and
(ii) we receive an entry from your shared link. You may earn one (1) Bonus Entry from the Facebook link and one (1) Bonus Entry from the Twitter link, for a maximum of two (2) total Bonus Entries each Entry Period.
Grand Prize (1): One (1) winner each Entry Period will receive
(i) an eCertificate for a two (2) night stay at any Radisson hotel in North America, and
(ii) a spa gift from RITUALS (collectively a “Prize”).
Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each Prize is $440.
NOTES: Radisson eCertificate expires on December 31, 2015, may be redeemed with advanced reservations only, is subject to additional terms and conditions set forth on the eCertificate and the hotel’s policies, and are subject to availability and blackout dates. Actual value of Prize will vary based on fluctuations in hotel room rates and winner will not receive the difference between actual value and ARV. The RITUALS spa gift will include a variety of items at the discretion of RITUALS. Limit one (1) Prize per person during the entire Sweepstakes Period. All federal, state and local taxes on the Prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Any portion of the Prize not accepted or unclaimed and/or unused by the winner will be forfeited and will not be substituted. No transfer, refund, cash redemption, substitution or replacement of Prize or any Prize component permitted, except that Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute a prize of equal or greater value (or cash equivalent). ARV of all prizes is in U.S. dollars.
Winner Selection and Notification: One (1) potential winner will be selected by the Sponsor-designated judges from all eligible entries received in a random drawing to be held on or about the drawing date for each Entry Period. Non-winning entries from one Entry Period will be carried over to subsequent Entry Periods, if any. Potential winners will be notified by email and/or telephone, at Sponsor's discretion, using the information provided on the potential winner's entry form.
