HERTZ “Weekend Trip Away”Sweepstakes
Eligibility: Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) Continental United States (including Washington D.C.), who are 18 years or older at the time of entry. This Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law.
How To Enter: Access the campaign homepage at www.HertzTripAway.com (the “Campaign Site”) and:
1) Enter using a Facebook or Twitter login and email address
2) Agree to the Official Rules
3) Complete the “What Kind of Traveler Are You?” Quiz and
4) Share Your Results.
Participation submitted via any other method will not be accepted.
Visit the campaign at www.HertzTripAway.com and share your Quiz Results to Facebook and Twitter for a chance to win prizes. No mail-in, e-mail or fax Entries will be accepted.
Entry Limit: All eligible Entries will be judged according to the following criteria and subject to the terms and conditions in these Official Rules: All Entries will be reviewed and judged by Sponsor. Completing the Travel Quiz generates one (1) entry into the sweepstakes. Sharing quiz results generates an additional entry into the sweepstakes (+1). Participants are able to share their quiz results once per day for the entire duration of the campaign. At the end of the campaign, three (3) winners will be randomly selected. Each winner will receive a “Hertz Weekend Trip Away” that correlates with his or her quiz results (unique travel type).
Grand Prizes (3): Winners will receive the following with an Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of $1,500 each. Any and all other costs associated with any of the prizes are not included.
Hertz Weekend Trip Away:
- Weekend car rental
- Gift card for travel expenses
- Total Prize ARV: $4,500 (total). All ARVs are subject to change
Winner Selection and Notification: There will be three (3) winners, selected at random. If Sponsor is unable to contact the Winner by e-mail within five (5) days from the first notification attempt, or if the Winner (i) fails to complete and have returned all requested documents by the specified date, (ii) is found to be ineligible, or (iii) fails to comply with the Official Rules, the Prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected from among all non-winning eligible entries. If Prize confirmation message via email is returned as undeliverable, Prize will be forfeited and Sponsor will select an alternate winner from among all non-winning eligible entries.
