Grand Prize is a 3 day / 2 night trip for 2 to New York City (December 2 - 4, 2014) to attend the Christmas Tree Lighting festivities in Rockefeller Center including roundtrip airfare, accommodations at the Sheraton New York and more.

Eligibility: Sweepstakes open to natural persons who are legal residents of and physically located in one (1) of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia (excluding Puerto Rico, all U.S. territories and possessions and all oversees military installations) and who are the older of eighteen (18) years of age or the age of majority in the entrant’s state of residence as of the date of entry. Sweepstakes is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
How To Enter: Enter the Life is Good, “That Holiday Moment” Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) by entering via one of the entry methods listed below.
Entry Method #1:
Visit Zappos’ Facebook page, www.zappos.com/d/life-is-good-sweepstakes (“the Website”) and share a picture or a comment of your favorite holiday moment.
You must have a Facebook account, or create one, and be logged into your account to enter via Entry Method #1. If entrant enters via Entry Method #1, entrant must comply with all Facebook terms and conditions.
Entry Method #2:
Send an email to [email protected] with your first and last name, your phone number and email address with the subject line, “That Holiday Moment” Sweepstakes.
- No purchase is required and purchases will not increase your chance of winning. You must enter a valid e-mail address and it must be your own e-mail address. You also must provide your first and last name and phone number.
Entry Limit: Limit one (1) entry per person, per day during the Sweepstakes Period.
Grand Prize (1): Winner will receive a three (3) day/two (2) night trip for the Winner and one (1) guest to New York, NY from December 2, 2014 to December 4, 2014 including:
(1) a two (2) night stay at the Sheraton New York hotel for the Winner and one (1) guest (one (1) room based on double occupancy);
(2) roundtrip coach air transportation for the Winner and one (1) guest to New York City, New York from a major commercial airport (selected by Sponsors in their sole discretion) near the Winner’s home on a major carrier (selected by Sponsors in their sole discretion);
(3) an invitation for two (2) to attend the Christmas Tree Lighting festivities in Rockefeller Center;
(4) an invitation for two (2) to attend a pre-tree lighting party hosted by Brasserie Ruhlmann in Rockefeller Center that includes dinner/hors d’oeuvres and an open bar;
(5) admission for two (2) to their choice of the Empire State Building Observatory, the Museum of the City of New York or the New York Water Taxi Statue of Liberty Flex Pass;
(6) admission for two (2) to their choice of the Metropolitan Museum of Art, The American Museum of Natural History or Top of the Rock Observation Deck; and
(7) shopping discounts at Macy’s, Bloomingdale’s and South Street Seaport.
- The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $2,250.00.
Winner Selection and Notification: One (1) Grand Prize Winner will be selected by Zappos on or about November 15, 2014 in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. The potential winner will be notified within a commercially reasonable time thereafter. The potential winner will be notified by email, physical mailing address, or telephone using the contact information provided at the time of entry.
