Grand Prize is a trip to one of LA, Seattle, Denver, or Savannah, GA
ELIGIBILITY: The Kroger Co. ("Kroger") "Great Taste Getaway Sweepstakes" Program (the "Sweepstakes" or "Promotion") is offered only to legal residents of the 50 United States (except FL, NY and RI) and District of Columbia who are at least 18 years old at time of participation. Employees of The Kroger Co., and You Technology Brands Services, Inc. ("Game Administrator"), and their respective parents, affiliated and subsidiary companies (including each of the Stores listed in Rule 4), advertising and promotional agencies, and each of their immediate family members (parents, siblings, children and spouse, wherever they reside) or household members (whether or not related) are not eligible. Groups, clubs, organizations, commercial entities, and businesses are not eligible to participate.
You must have a shoppers card from one of the following stores in order to participate:
Kroger, Baker's, City Market, Dillons, Food4Less, Food4Less Fremont, Foods Co., Fred Meyers, Fry's, Gerbes, Jay C, King Soopers, Owen's Pay Less, QFC, Ralphs, or Smith's
HOW TO ENTER:Access http://www.privateselection.com ("Website") during the Promotion Period. Select your grocery store banner then sign in to your Shoppers/Rewards card account. If you do not have a Shoppers/Rewards card sign up in-store and then create an online account at one of the websites below. Creating an account is free. After signing in you will be taken to a landing page where you can view the Official Rules and must opt in to the promotion. In order to opt into the sweepstakes, a Shoppers/Rewards card must be entered in your account. Once a user has opted in to the promotion by selecting the check box and clicking the submit button they will be automatically entered into the Sweepstakes.
Entry Limit: Users may enter once per day to increase their chance of winning and submissions will be active for the duration of the Promotion Period.
ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: GRAND PRIZE trip will include coach round trip airfare for winner and one (1) guest from the major airport nearest winner’s residence (as determined by Sponsor) to one of the following locations of the winner’s choice: Los Angeles, CA, Seattle, WA, Denver, CO or Savannah, GA. One standard hotel room for 3 nights (room rate and tax only) and $1,000 spending money issued in the form of a check. Total prize cannot exceed $6,000 in value. Actual value may vary based on point of departure, destination and dates of travel. If winner resides within a 100-mile radius of trip destination, Sponsor reserves the right to provide ground transportation in lieu of the air transportation and no compensation or substitution will be provided for difference in prize value. Travel arrangements must be made through Sponsor’s agent, on a carrier of Sponsor’s choice, at least twenty one (21) days prior to travel. Winner and guest must travel together on the same itinerary and are responsible for obtaining all required travel documents prior to travel. It is recommended that the winner and his/her travel guest obtain sufficient personal insurance, including trip cancellation prior to departure; Sponsors expressly disclaim any responsibility or liability for securing such insurance. Total approximate ARV of this sweepstakes is up to $6,000.
