Eligibility: The "Mexico City Giveaway" (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia (excluding Puerto Rico), who are at least twenty-one (21) years old or older at the time of entry. Employees of Mr & Mrs Smith Americas (Inc), Kate Spade, LLC and their respective parent and affiliate companies as well as the immediate family and household members of each such employee are not eligible. "Immediate family members" shall mean spouse, parents, siblings and children, regardless of where they live. "Household members" shall mean people who share the same residence at least three months a year, whether related or not. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, provincial, municipal, territorial and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law. Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s and Administrator’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
Prizes: ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: Winner will receive one (1) $2,000.00 AMEX card for airfare from Jack Spade, $1,000 Jack Spade gift card for shopping spree, and four (4) nights at Condesa DF in Mexico City, Mexico provided by Mr & Mrs Smith. Total Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of entire prize package is $4,000.00. Actual value may vary based on hotel costs. Winner will not receive difference between actual and approximate retail value.
How to Enter: There are two (2) ways to enter:
(1) Online Method of Entry: During the Promotion Period, visit https://smithcollections.com/us/mran...n-a-trip-to-df and follow the links and instructions to complete and submit the registration, including providing a valid email address. You will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes.
(2) In-store Method of Entry: During the Promotion Period, participating Jack Spade retail stores will have entry forms available during normal store hours. Hand-print, follow the instructions, and complete the in-store entry form, including a valid home address. P.O. Boxes are not permitted. Submit the completed entry form to a sales associate or as instructed. You will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. All entries become the exclusive property of Sponsor and none will be acknowledged or returned. Proof of sending or submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, or illegible entries, which will be disqualified.
Limit: Limit one (1) entry per person during the Promotion Period, regardless of method of entry. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same email address. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that entrant’s entries and that entrant may be disqualified. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. In the event of a dispute as to any registration, the authorized account holder of the email address used to register will be deemed to be the entrant.
