ENTRY RESTRICTIONS:
For the avoidance of doubt: (a) making a hotel reservation or checking in at any Peninsula Hotel worldwide at any time other than Sweepstakes Period will not result in Entry. Limit of one (1) Entry (be it a Reservation Entry OR Check-In Entry OR Mail Entry) per person/e-mail address. If entering via one (1) method, do NOT enter via any other method. Any attempt by any participant to obtain more than one (1) Entry by using different entry methods or any other means will void that participant's Entries beyond the initial Entry and that participant may be disqualified. In the event of a dispute as to ownership of a Reservation Entry or Check-In Entry, the Entry will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the credit card used to hold the reservation, or that was presented at check-in (as applicable), as determined by Sponsor/Administrator in their respective sole discretion. If a potential Prize winner submitted a Reservation Entry or Check-In Entry, he/she may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder.
