Grand Prize is a 5 day / 4 night trip for 2 to the 2014 Atlanta Food & Wine Festival including roundtrip air on Delta Airlines, hotel accommodations, festival passes and a $5000 shopping spree at Ballard Designs.
SOUTHERN LIVING “Savor The South - Atlanta” Sweepstakes
Eligibility: The Southern Living “Savor the South” Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and D.C., age 21 or older at the time of entry. Void in AK, HI, Puerto Rico, outside the U.S., and where prohibited by law.
Entry Limit: Limit one (1) online entry per person or e-mail address per day regardless if entrant has more than one e-mail address.
- Although subsequent attempts to enter on a given day may be received, only the first entry received from a particular individual e-mail account will be eligible; subsequent attempts to enter in a given day will be disqualified.
- In the event of a dispute, online entries will be deemed to have been submitted by the Authorized Account Holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry.
- "Authorized Account Holder" means the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.
Grand Prize (1): A trip for the winner and one (1) guest to the 2014 Atlanta Food & Wine Festival. The Grand Prize package Includes:
- $5,000.00 Merchandise Certificate to Ballard Designs
- Airfare: Round-trip coach airfare for two (2) individuals (the winner and a guest) from closest major airport to the winner’s residence as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion to Atlanta, Georgia. Winner and travel companion/guest must travel on same itinerary. Airline restrictions apply. Winner and travel companion/guest must arrive in Atlanta on Thursday, May 28, 2014 and depart Monday, June 2, 2014.
- Hotel Accommodations: A 5-day/4-night stay for two (2) individuals (one standard room with double occupancy, room & tax only) at a hotel of the Sponsor’s choice. Some restrictions may apply. Advance reservations are required and are subject to blackout dates.
- Two (2) Connoisseur Level Passes for the 2014 Atlanta Food & Wine Festival. Passes are for the weekend only (Friday, May 30 to Sunday, June 1, 2014).
IMPORTANT! Trip must be redeemed between May 28, 2014 and June 2, 2014.
- ARV of Grand Prize is $12,000.00
Winner Selection and Notification: The potential Winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Entry Period, on or about Wednesday, May 7, 2014 at the offices of The US Sweepstakes & Fulfillment Company, an independent agent of the Sponsor whose decisions are final. The potential Grand and First Prize winners will be confirmed via e-mail and/or phone.
