Good location to stay in Paris?

Hello all,

I'll be in Paris at the end of June for 3 full days and am looking for a good area of the city to stay to access all of the "must-see" places of the city. I have family that just returned from Paris and stayed at Hotel Garance Paris in the Latin Quarter of the city, which is right by a subway I was told. Wondering if this would be a good location to stay.

Thanks for your input!

Many visitors to Paris really like the Quartier Latin, it's certainly central with lots to see and plenty of metro stations to whisk you to anywhere in the city. Personally I prefer the Marais area on the other side of the river.

Wherever you stay you are likely to be within a few minutes walk of a metro station.

Thanks for the reply! I figured as long as I am by a metro I can get anywhere pretty easily, but it sounds like a good location! I will look into the Marais area for sure! It's been over 10 years since I was last in Paris, so very much looking forward to my upcoming visit!

Any hotel recomendations?

Thanks again! Appreciate it!

Budget under 200 euros, probably in the 150 range.
