Hey there,
I just wonder if there is a dedicated contact for AY+ Goldmembers (equal to the one for Plats), I prefer an email address (and I found finnair.gold (at) finnair.fi) , but so far I got no response - is this still valid?)
I need to book flights and like to upgrade them with points (in one process) - which always worked fine in the past - but now the normal telephone line is not supporting this.

Yes I think your email went through..you should have seen a bounce report if not... simply gold at finnair . fi should do it too. It might take 1-2 days before they come back to you.
