Taxes and fees
Just discovered a new fee on tickets ex Germany and the Finnair price breakdown does not explain it. It is just listed as "(OY) 7,38 EUR" while all other fees have an explanation.
If I look back on other tickets, there was no such fee before. On a revenue ticket booked in may, there was an OI fee at only a few euros. On a award ticket booked in january there was neither an OI or OY.
Does anyone know what fee OY is?
Or if there have been any talk about enhanced airtraffic fees, imposed by Germany or FRA airport?

Oh the Germans are very innovative.
First they charge the 'Passenger service charge' which doesn't take care of all passenger services, because they also need to charge 'Airport security charge' and a 'Passenger Fee'. And now the 'Air transport supervision charge' does not cover all so they need a 'Air transport tax' too...

So we know Germany is a country of higher taxes/fees.
Can we make a list of AY destinations with lower taxes and fees?
