Finnair Business HEL-JFK
So I booked a J ticket on the HEL-JFK route using AA miles. Looking for general feedback from experienced J and F fliers on the product. Ive flown DL, BA, AA, UA many times each in first and business long and short haul.

Finnair soft and hard products are better than BA (4 or 5 vs 8 abreast on BA). AA is better only if flying on 777 and 321. I haven't flown DL and UA in a while so I can't comment if they have gotten better.
Ah, yes, pre-departure drinks are served in real glasses and not disposable plastic cups. And you won't hear too many announcements referencing FAA, TSA, DHS regulationsl

Great product and frankly your only option between NY and HEL if you want direct. Of course you can connect in LHR but the short flight does not bode well for sleep. Only thing I wish they would do differently on the JFK-HEL route is serve the meal a bit sooner and quicker. It takes over an hour to complete meal service.
