If your rate is refundable, you should be able to change the rate. However the T&C says you need to book the "$50 off Visa" rate (so no chance combining it with FAF IMO)

This rate has been around for more than a year and is generally $20-$50 lower than the "best available rate", so nothing to get really excited about, unfortunately. (though it doesn´t hurt to check).
