Pyjamas even in "daytime flights"?

Hi all,

I have just booked a couple of EVA flights in Royal Laurel. Very excited since I've never flown on them before but heard a lot of great things about their hard and soft business class product!

Looking at my itineraries, I did however realize that I am only flying on EVA during the day. For instance, BR 008 TPE-SFO that departs 10 AM and lands at 6 AM (the day before). Does anyone know if you get a pyjamas even on these flights, i.e. not overnight flights?

I am wondering since I am a) planning to sleep and b) quite excited to get a pyjamas onboard.

Thanks!

They don't have the "daytime nighttime" rule. All long haul(Europe, Oceania, and NA) have pajamas and Rimowa kit. Daytime flights or the 7 o'clock TPE bank have an expanded meal service.

Agree that you get pjs.

But you might want to check your entire itinerary out to make certain you know what day you will arrive in SFO. :-)

I'm flying BR JFK-TPE, there are for sure PJ's in J? I usually pack my own for longhaul biz flights but I would be happy to save space in my carryon if BR will for sure be giving me a set.

They have one for everyone. Sizes are M or L. Keep in mind, they base it off "Asian size" so it may be a bit smaller than your typical M/L.

Hmmm. I am 6'4'', will an asian "L" be like capri pants on me?

A bump up. I forgot if they give it only on the outbound long haul from TPE or if they also give in the inbound long haul to TPE?

Thank you. I must remember to ask as soon as I board for a size L at least. They have XL for sure as I have got one I remember.

I've never been on a flight where PJs were not proactively offered, but probably a good idea if you want to change it in the lav.

They do offer but depending on where you sit by the time they get to you the size you want is not available if you need XL.

Update. In asked for it as soon as I boarded and they got me one. It did help because the business was not full and had extremely few non Asians on board so mostly the small and the medium was used. That said I also did not see many using it at all.
