hey there,
definitely you can, but why would you do that?
Unless you have piles of Ben Franklins it is much more convenient to bring your ATM/debit card and withdraw cash in PL (PLN) and EURO zone (EUR).
One important tip - NEVER change your money anywhere close to airports/train stations. Yeah, seems obvious but I did that month ago. ME STUPID.

http://www.kantorwarszawa.pl/ will give you 878 euros for 1000 USD today (at least if they operate with 1 or 2 euro coins, otherwise you'll get a few zloty in change). Midmarket rate is currently 881. I don't speak or read Polish so there might be a catch.
