Night train from Frankfurt to Prague. Save a night on hotel and arrive at 1030 in the center of prague instead of taking an hourish to get there from airport.
Stay a night in Krumlov. Is it possible to do a day-trip? Yes, but five/six hours on a bus in one day is a lot to me. And the evening is when a lot of tourists clear out and you can enjoy the city. It's beautiful at night, especially with snow.
