Blacklane service question - Zurich area?
Have anyone ever used Blacklane serice in Zurich ? . I have booked a pick up for 4 people from ZHR to Marriott for 68 franc on website . They have received my booking but will confirm in 12 hrs by email . Why it takes so long ? my credit card has been charged . Please let me know your review if you have ever used their service . Thank you

I used them three times in Paris last month and they were excellent. Clean cars and courteous drivers. You receive the name of your driver a few hours before pickup and they also notify you when the driver has arrived. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Bad Blacklane experience
Booked a Blacklane ride for 2pm last Sunday, they sent the car at 6am, then still billed me for this car which I couldn't take as it was way too early!
Tried to contact them about the screw up but received no response.
I would avoid in future.
