STPC for transit in AUH on a J-class Award ticket
If I am on a Business Class award ticket and my itinerary requires an overnight, does EY pay for the hotel & transfers?
Repeat this is not a voluntary layover, but one forced upon me due to the flight schedule.

I am going to have along layover in AUH, i did summit a request for STPC to EY and i have a J ticket and a platinum status from Airberlin. so far i have not got any answer regarding my request. how often do they grant the Premium SPTC?
