Took me about 3 minutes to sign up. Easy 1000 miles. Hopefully they will credit them in 2 months as promised.

As regards Silver status, fine print states "This offer is applicable only for the first 1,000 members that meet the enrolment and flight criteria."
So, no way to check whether you're one of the 1,000, which makes it a lottery, and a not very transparent one

I can't get it to work on any browser. Keeps saying I must choose a password and no matter what password I choose (all based on their popup requirements, which are very bizarre) it blanks it out and says I need to choose one. Anyone having similar issues?

yup, I can't fill out the country manually, if I paste it in there, the page still says that a field marked with * is not filled out yet.

It really annoys me when companies don't follow through on their offers. I'll be going all out to get these miles.

"Greetings from Etihad Guest!
As per the terms and conditions of the Heinemann & Me promotions, only members who enroll as an Etihad Guest between 01.03.2016 and 30.04.2016 and book one return flight in Economy Class or a one-way flight in Business or First Class with Etihad Airways between 01.03.2016 and 31.07.2016 will qualify for the offer.
This offer is applicable only for the first 1,000 members that meet the enrolment and flight criteria.
Please be informed that you have not met either of the criteria, hence you do not qualify for this promotion."
A clueless response as expected. I have replied back to tell them to re-read the full T&Cs.

The 1000 miles isn't reliant on a flight being booked.
