How bad is EY business operated by Air Seychelles?

I have to fly as AA DFW-AUH and the EY non-stop doesn't operated that day on a purchased business class ticket.
I am currently scheduled to fly DFW-FRA-AUH. DFW-FRA is in first using an upgrade from business to first on AA.
The FRA-AUH has changed to a A330-200 operated by Air Seychelles.
Previously, when booked, this was a true EY aircraft FRA-AUH.
The connection time is 2h 10m.

I could change and fly DFW-CDG-AUH. The CDG-AUH flight is a true EY plane and both AA and EY use CDG 2A. AA arrives 0930 and EY departs 1030.

Is it worth it to change to go via CDG for the real EY business seat even with just 1 hour at CDG?

Width is a bigger deal than legroom for me.

just 1 hour at CDG? that is a bigger problem than the aircraft.

That's what I'm worried about too.
At FRA, the connection is 2 hr 10 min.
At CDG, it is exactly 1 hr and even though AA > EY is within 2A, do I really trust AA to be exactly on-time? Their reliability isn't exactly predictable.

In any case, how bad is the seat? It looks like what I've experienced on South African Airways from IAD to JNB or Asiana/Thai on their A330.

Thanks for the information - I wonder if there is any chance they will change back to a real EY plane - there is 3 weeks or so to go.

Thanks. Good photos. As I thought, it looks like South African. It definitely lacks the privacy of EY for a single passenger.
