380F service/wine
Hello,
We've flown the 340F and recently the 787F, which I found much better overall because there were three of us in the eight room cabin vs. 12 people and three rows. However, the food and wine weren't any different. In fact, on the 787 the champagne was a cheaper bollinger than the 99 billecart salmon we had on the 340 previously.
We are thinking about getting tickets on the 380, and while the hard product is top notch, I just wanted to hear about the food/wine/service, and if it is any better on average than the 340 or 787.
Curiously, the service on the 787 was not quite as good as it was on the 340 since the service (may) have been split with business and I loved the charming french chef we had the first time. But it was still great--but sometimes I had to ding them a few times to refill the champagne a few times. And there were many, many refills!
But overall the flight on the 787 was our best flight to date since it was so cozy and our party took up nearly 40% of the cabin.

Thank you for your message. The menu varies from route to route. And we normally change the beverage menu every couple months. (Around 4 months).
Hope this may help. *JS
