"Retrieve payment problem"
I booked Etihad through AA. It has been ticketed. When I look at the itinerary on etihad.com I get the following warning:
I also cannot select seats using the secret-edited-URL trick.
I called EY and they said there is no problem. They were able to assign seats. So I probably should not worry, but it is still a strange message. Any advice based on previous experience?

In any case, I think you are telling me that it is not a symptom of any problem.

Made an Aadvantage EY booking a fortnight ago. This does not display.
Made another this week. The above appears on said booking. Curiously it also shows the precise cost of taxes when the former states $0.
