Mileage accurual on ETIHAD operated Jet marketed flight

Mileage accurual on ETIHAD operated Jet marketed flight
I booked the following trip on a Jet airways marketed flight (ETIHAD operated)
WAS - Abu Dhabi 9W6408 (Op by Etihad) Economy H
Abu Dhabi - BOM 9W6101 (Op by Etihad) Economy H
BOM - CCU 9W615 Economy T
DEL - Abu Dhabi 9W6102 (Op by Etihad) Economy H
Abu Dhabi - WAS 9W6407 (Op by Etihad) Economy H
I currently live in the US and would like to leverage some US carrier flying returns to accrue the miles earned in this flight. On Jet I would be accruing some 17000 miles for this trip. However when I look up their partnerships with American or United , it says that booking code H does not accrue miles.
Is there a better strategy to accrue the miles on this flight on any US carrier or even Etihad. Need help.
