How does the EK partners ticket work?

I got the chance to fly with EK from one of the EK partner to Thailand. I just have to ask for the ticket before 1 month of the travel.
All I got is the following: EK Booking Reference DSF*****
What do you think, is it possible that the emirates know about this? If I want to check in, the will know about my booking? Should I worry about this? Who knows the emirates partner system?
Thanks!

On your TKT the EK Booking Reference should be a 6 letter reference number.

You can use this & your family name to manage the booking or check in online on emirates.com

Hope this helps.

Unfortunately not. I know how does it work usually but it's different. I didn't have PNR or something like that.

I suggest that you go back to whoever has given you this booking reference and ask them for more information.

By a "Partners" ticket, do you mean an employee ticket?
