Hi,

I made an award booking a few months ago for a r/t to Europe in J and am going to travel during the holiday week of Sukkot 4/10-13/10.

I just noticed that the first flight is showing as "הזמנתך נקלטה במערכת" and not confirmed/מאושרת.
Both flights are fully booked and zeroed out for my dates in all classes.

Why is my booking not confirmed for one of the legs, bare in mind that I made this award booking almost 6 months ago when space was available and payed for the fuel surcharge and taxes.

Should I call EL AL to sort it out or should I just show up at the airport and see how it plays out? I never received any email indicating an issue with my ticket and was able to select seats for both legs. Personally I don't mind taking an alternative flight if it comes with an IDB compensation.

Does the booking have an e-ticket number?

Yes, does an E-ticket number indicates that it's confirmed?

Here how it looks on the system when I enter my booking confirmation number and last name.

Calling them doesn't hurt

To be somewhat pedantic, J on LY is Economy...

Unless you specifically want to risk it because you're hoping for compensation of some sort, I'm not sure why you wouldn't call them.
