Disabled Veterans TSA services email
Any disabled veteran needing airport assistance can now call or email the TSA Military Severely Injured Center and receive top-notch curb-to-gate services. Previously limited to severely injured combat veterans, this program has now expanded to include all disabled veterans.

Instead of directly notifying TSA, I found it very simple to contact this DOD email address [email protected] with my flight details (48 hours in advance).
Before my flight, I received a phone call from my airport point of contact who arranged for me to be met at the curb with a wheelchair, whisked through all screenings, and taken to my flight. In fact, four specially-trained TSA employees, some who were veterans themselves, played a role in expediting my check-in. At the other end of my flight and upon return, I received similar treatment along with a "Thank you for your service."
