There is a gelato shop called Cow and the Moon in Sydney, Australia which won a best gelato in the world competition in Italy.
The most revelatory scoops of gelato together ever. They were:
1) Pistachio, Cardamom and Tumeric;
2) Lime and Coconut
They also do a balsamic vinegar and macerated strawberry flavour which is superb.
