chocolate soymilk

I don't think I've ever had a generic that wasn't better than the Silk version.

Trader Joe's beer is much tastier than anything Coors/Miller/AB has to offer. Not at the craft beer level but for a cheap night way better than macrobrews.

I've yet to find a Kirkland product that was not as good or better than the name brand. Latest is their cooking spray which is way better than Pam.

I love Kirkland, but their Mac&Cheese is horrible.
One of the few Costco product I actually returned!

I also don't like their jeans but I think this thread is more about food

I don't think there is a national potato salad brand, but Safeway's version of a mustard one is the best I've ever had (mustard style that is). I think it's probably because there is a generous amount of pickles which mix really well with the other ingredients. It's definitely better than other grocery stores' versions of it.

Private Selection branded Ice Cream at Kroger. Amazing quality and taste compared to Blue Bell, Dreyers or even Hagen D.

The Joe Joe's at Trader Joes are better than Oreos.

Mmm, wouldn't go so far as saying better than Blue Bell (especially some of the certain special flavors from Blue Bell) but certainly better than Blue Bunny. Overall I agree with you, excellent ice cream!

These are the same, just as a FYI

I live in TX and FL, and have shopped at both for years, the two brands are the same product with different branding...the company behind them is 'Denali'

I just tried the generic version of Mantecol at Carrefour, and it was gross, gross, gross - a few little bites and I threw the rest away.
