Points total re-set to zero on May 2014 statement!
Suffered a bit of shock yesterday when I opened my bill: my Club Rewards point total was only a few hundred not the tens of thousands it was last month!
I phoned up ... and after going through the automated validation process and then having to do it again verbally, the agent tells me my points total is, in fact, intact. They "forgot" to upload them correctly to everyone's bill this month. So, if your CR points are drastically reduced or eliminated, it's apparently a one-time system error.
