Sneak Peak of the new JFK T4

Edit: just saw someone else post simultaneously. Mods, please merge

Hello NYCflip,

Enjoy a sneak peek of our new JFK terminal before it arrives.

You're invited to T4X, a pre-opening experience celebrating our $1.4 billion renovation of Terminal 4 (T4) at John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK).

Be the first to virtually explore the terminal and preview its state-of-the-art features when you visit T4X in the heart of SoHo at 376 West Broadway at Broome Street. Swing by May 1st - 22nd to experience:

The Delta Sky Priority® check-in process
Our new flagship Delta Sky Club®
The Sky DeckSM at Delta Sky Club, a stylish outdoor terrace

T4X will be open to the public Tuesdays - Sundays from 11 a.m. - 3 p.m. We invite you, a loyal Medallion® member, to visit during these hours and enjoy one (1) complimentary meal. To take advantage of this offer before it expires on May 4th, just show your Medallion membership card at the café.

But hurry! This limited-edition showcase closes May 22nd in preparation for the grand unveiling of JFK T4 on May 24th. Visit delta.com/t4x to learn more.

See you soon in SoHo.

So it looks like as a Medallion, I get a complimentary meal. Here is the general link on DL:

So is this just for PMs and DMs, or can GMs and FOs join in as well?

The reason I'm asking is that I have not been getting any Delta emails outside of itineraries, upgrade notifications, monthly statements, and post-flight surveys for months now, and I cannot seem to reach anybody competent enough to fix my problem. At least I'm still getting something; never change your email on your JetBlue TrueBlue account, as when you do, you'll never get anything ever again even though their IT knows about the problem but can't (read: won't) fix it

looks like the meal is complimentary over here. I'll be there for sure, next Thursday.

I think it's for all medallions. My wife is an FO and she got the email. All you need to do is present your medallion card.

Sweet. I'll be working literally a few doors down from there for an entire week during that time. I winder if there'll be any giveaways like when they did the lie-flat pod preview up near the le Meridien a few years back.

So far, I've only seen citations from people who have spoken with TSA clerks at checkpoints. Has anyone seen anything official?

If you follow the e-mail link to the web page, it says:

Lunch fare representing Delta's international destinations for just $4

So I guess that's the cost for non-elites

i.e. the quality of the lunch is a $4 lunch....which here is Screw You City (I mean New York City) is not what lunch costs.

Yeah, I haven't seen one for this year either. Card doesn't bother me, got old ones. But no JWD's kinda blows...

Will be in that part of town around those hours next week. Will try to swing by and report back....

To those who have been to similar DL events before, are these things worth going to? Aside from the free lunch (or whatever $4 would get you), what is the biggest draw for you? I can't decide whether I want to spend a precious weekend afternoon on this.
