Doesn't Pinnacle also do US Air? I have found them to be pretty good. I imagine there had to be a hellluva back story on this one. They are fired either way....
On a side note, the first reason the plane had to go back to the gate was someone had a "panic attack"... hmmmmmmm

Programs: Now just a lowly DL PM/1MM. This industry needs some competition. It's just not enjoyable anymore.

Just when I think I've heard it all.......
My only compensation request would be to be allowed to stay on the plane and watch the entire fight!

A certain percentage of flight attendants are crazy -- same as the population at large. Here's more proof.
The collapse of SkyMiles might sting a little less if DL compensated by marketing this kind of thing as Inflight Catfight IFE.

why would delta give compensation for this?
