When will Delta F&F passes be valid on NWA flights?

When will Delta F&F passes be valid on NWA flights?
First, i am new to this site. if i post this question in the wrong forum, please tell me "post in *blah blah blah* instead"? i thank you!
does any one have any idea when Delta Friends & Family, "buddy" passes will be valid on current NWA flights (specifically NRT - SIN)? my cousin who works for delta says "in the spring" as does everyone on any NWA flight. just interested in a bit more specific info?
not earth-shattering, just kinda curious!
