Welcome to Flyertalk! Looks like with everything else associated with this stadium the normal fan loses. Delta 360s only get the parking privileges.
Delta Deck: 655 Battery Ave. SE is available to members of Delta SKY360 Executive, Infiniti Club and Infiniti Club Suites. It’s available three hours before the games’ first pitch and is located onsite at SunTrust Park.

Turner Field had a Delta Medallion lot which was part of the Green Lot right across the street from the stadium. As I recall it was $15.

Interestingly, when new stadium was announced, it was reported in March 2015 that the Medallion lot would be available at SunTrust Park.
"The airline will continue to have an area named the Delta Medallion Parking Lot at SunTrust Park, have a presence in the mixed-used development around the stadium and serve as the charter airline for the Braves."
Looks like that got dropped.

They left it down at Turner Field though if you would like to use it
