Thoughts on upgrade chances
I'm flying JFK - TLV on Monday. Currently 5 empty seats. I am Diamond and on GUC waitlist. Anyone have perspective on how I should think about upgrade probability? Let me know if need more info. Thanks in advance!

Five empty seats sounds like you're looking at the seat map. People could have purchased D1 tickets but neglected to pick seats. I'm too lazy to look up the numbers on EF.
Without knowing fare class and when the upgrade was requested, I'd give the odds as maybe one in three.

I wonder if some pax took advantage of the weather waiver and rebooked from Sat to Mon? Or DL zeroed it out because of the weather waiver? Sat went up to J7, and Sunday's flight is showing J0 and only 1 unassigned.
Strange thing is the number of unassigned seats for Mon actually went up to 7 now even though it is J0.
