Long medallion phone line hold times

Long medallion phone line hold times
Is anybody else experiencing very long hold times? I just called the plat line and got a recording saying the hold would be 19 mins. Last night I had a 17 minute hold time.
I have not really experienced hold times like this and am wondering if this is normal.

It's quite normal when there are weather problems in one or more places, particularly near a DL hub.
