Delta award ticket for VS upper class?

Delta award ticket for VS upper class?
I'm looking at a delta award ticket in business class for next year.
At low level award in business class Delta books into VS fare class G for LHR-JFK. Is this Virgin Upper Class? I don't want to get stuck in economy since i'm laying out the miles for business/delta one all the way.
