But, I wonder if maybe this is just for Gold and above? Never got one as Silver, but just hit GM last week, and checked in today for a flight tomorrow, and lo and behold, finally got one for the ATL-BHM leg. (upgrade confirmed for OKC-ATL). As info, that leg is on a 2 class CRJ, if that matters.

Wasn't that, I use Firefox at home, but usually check in on my work laptop which has to use IE due to some proprietary programs we use-

when Delta was still handing out the HOOUs, you could use them on any flight regardless of which affiliate carrier actually operated the trip ... the issue with JFK<-->WAS flights is that they often don't do a full beverage service in coach, so you would probably have to ask for the drink when the FA comes by with the cups of water

I have flown JFK-WAS many times and have never once had a service. It is only 25-29 minutes in the air (if it is not canceled in the first place )
