Vote for your worst Delta/TSA station
OK, my vote is consistently for the LAX T5 TSA station.
Yesterday's ploy was to pull a shift change in one of the two elite lanes. Never bothered to tell the one side while we waited 20 minutes for them to complete the task. Lots of laughing and joking between the personnel while this was going on. Didn't bother to tell the people in line what was going on or offer to let them go through the other side.
Jerks.

I've seen things you people wouldn't believe...
...most of them at JFK. SFO outbound can be pretty bad at times, but TSA personnel there looks much more clueless than genuinely nasty.

ATL International Arrivals to Concourse E
Last Tuesday (7 September), it was a joke, with people coming off at least 4 flights, and only two lanes open for regular flyers, one lane for the people with ATL as their final destination, and one lane for handicapped. By the time we got to the head of the line (about 25 minute wait), they finally opened another lane. I think there are at least 8 lanes that could be used.

Disagree on Pier C at BWI
Maybe the other security entrances (the two at Southwest's Piers A and B and the entrance for United/USAir/Airtran at D are always congested) are lousy, but I find that the special entrance for DL and AA elites at Pier C work really well for me, and often in the mornings I can get around 200+ pax. BWI is a "low fare" airport, so there are a lot of Ma and Pa Kettle types. I think the TSA operation at BWI is less prone to a train wreck than the one at the DL concourse in DCA.
The best TSA operation in metro DC is the "Dulles Diamond" entrance on the baggage claim level at IAD. I was there three weeks ago in the middle of the afternoon rush hour and only three pax were ahead of me in line there.

TSA-wise, defiantly MCO. When you consider a space designed to serve one terminal pre-9/11 now serves two terminals post 9/11, and that 99.9% of all departing passengers are not connecting, it's a freaking nightmare. And it doesn't help that there is no Elite Security line, and apparently the words "expert traveler" somehow translate into "family with lots of small kids" in Florida. Being Orlando based for 7 years, I do NOT miss that disaster area.
