Pretty much all cruise lines have a wide selection and variety of food. I know that the "Big 3" cruise lines (Carnival Corp, Royal Caribbean, NCL) offer pretty much everything from Italian to French to Latin American/Mexican to Asian. Most modern ships nowadays have alternative specialty restaurants that are dedicated to a specific type of cuisine. Almost all have an Italian place, a steakhouse, and an Asian place. Even the ship's buffet offers a wide variety of international cuisines for breakfast, lunch, & dinner. Rest assured, anyone with an insatiable appetite will be satisfied!
