That's why if the OP wanted to get a Hyatt card from Chase or the Hilton Reserve card could be great with the 2 free night certs. NYC in the summer, rates are high but award availability should be decent. Airfare between MCO-NYC is cheap and easily available. I just looked June 10-14 for a random 4 day weekend and it's like ~$230/pp on Jetblue. Southwest and the legacy carriers are a bit more. Hotel for a few day trip will be way more than the airfare.
However, and again - OP needs to have a plan.

Yes you need a plan!
1) figure out first where you want to go
2) Pick your hotel chain in that location(s) and do some research as different chains are stronger in different locations.
3) Pick which airline you want to use to get there
4) apply for the cards that match all that getting any chase cards first.
