I have access to:
- Citi Prestige
- Amex Platinum
- JPMorgan Ritz
- Chase Sapphire Reserve / Visa Infinite
I use Citi for 4th Night Free bookings and Amex Platinum for reservations every now and then (when I'm just too lazy to do it myself). Have never tried the JPM service.
Amex Platinum is nice but atrociously slow to respond via email. What is JPM good at?
