Not much more than a week. It was quite fast. The miles posted before I hung up with the rep. She warned me that they take 3 - 4 weeks, but that was definitely not the case.

To be eligible for this offer, you'll need to have a mailing address within the United States, Latin America or the Caribbean (including PR).

Smart move I still have to remember to buy one before the end- I'm waiting until the 13th or 14th though.

What are the rules regarding WHO can use the $99 and 25/50/100 off coupons from the priv packs? I'd like to order a pack in my father's name, but then can ONLY he use the $99 coupons (since the coupons come with his name)? Or can I simply use his cert say to fly myself and my girlfriend somewhere?

Thanks

With the President's Club passes it allows the OnePass member and one guest. Do they confirm the ID of the member? I only ask because I would like to give my parents one of the passes when they fly next week.

Can the $99 companion ticket be bought if I purchased the other ticket on the cheapest economy fare? Or do I have to buy it with some other ridiculously high fare? Thanks.
