Just how long does it take CO to reply to Onepass e-mails?
So far it's been 3 weeks and counting.
E-sign up miles haven't posted. Double miles haven't posted- for a trip in early November.
Can't call a toll-free number as there isn't one in my part of the world which complicates matters.
Anybody have similar woes with CO?

I always get a response back the same day. Try re-sending your note.

My last two issues with OnePass have been answered within the hour - on the weekend to boot. Same email address, too.
