Ouch, you seem to be stuck on one of the two newest 739's that have the loaner seats due to the Koito Debacle, therefore no IFE or power ports.

If it makes you feel any better, I got stuck on two back-to-back flights IAH-SJO-IAH last month on ships 524 and 525 without IFE.

I was on ship 444 last Sunday IAH-PHX
Yep, a 739 with no TV nor the old style drop down LCD video screens.
I felt like I was back on NW. Had to re-teach myself how to use my smart phone as an MP-3 player

I was on a flight from SAN to EWR in fc yesterday with no inseat power or direct tv. Also- the inseat headphone audio for the movie did not work on the left side of the plane. It was a 737-800. Ship # 263. Being on a plane for 6 hours like that can be tough, but you just need to make the best of it.

I personally enjoyed the meal and did a lot of work on my laptop ( I always bring extra batteries just in case).
