Cow Do III. August 31-Sept 3, 2007.

Ok Everyone. The topic has come up again. Cow Do. With everyone decending upon Buenos Aires again.

I will be working with several people both remotely and locally to attempt to put together a weekend in the light of Fred and his great efforts of the past two.

I will give loose things to do over the 4 days of Friday to Monday.

As usual reservations will be required for Saturday and Sunday dinner as well as the Wine tastings if we can convince Alex to do the events again.

The rest of the time you will be on your own to see and do as much of the area as you can. If you would like your planned event posted on the front page just ask me.

More to come of course.

And yes. Some of us already have our tickets.

List of events planned
Saturday Charity Wine Tasting AKA The Spoof Juice Test Drive I This will be designated as WTS next to names on the confirmed list.
They have a new room on the second floor so we have room for 2 dozen attendies. As usual the donation will be AR$100 per person. Current exchange rate has this at about $32 USD.
I will allow the thinking list to make it on the WT list but if confirmed people push in I will have to let them in until we're full.

We will be holding this event at 11am Saturday so we can head out to lunch afterwards.

It seems this lunch is being requested for a return to Rio Alba so that is what the group plan will be. Please confirm as we'll need a reservation.

Saturday Evening Dinner Sucre. Don't know a lot about this place but it gets good reviews and is in the same group as Gran Bar Danzon which always makes my drinks list each trip. 9pm.

Colonia Day Trips Sunday will be when most member are going to Colonia is they are going to go. ColS will designate this on the list of members. If you're going to go at another time and want it made public for others to join you please let me know.

Sunday Dinner La Brigada. Our tribute to last years restaurants for dinner. The food here is quite good and the desserts made rounds at the tables last year. 830pm is the latest they would accept such a group. Please be ontime for this as we do not want to upset the people preparing our food.

Monday Charity Wine Tasting. Spoof Juice Test Drive II This will be designated as WTM next to names on the confirmed list.
They have a new room on the second floor so we have room for 2 dozen attendies. As usual the donation will be AR$100 per person. Current exchange rate has this at about $32 USD.
I will allow the thinking list to make it on the WT list but if confirmed people push in I will have to let them in until we're full. 1130am.

Extra Events Happening
Thursday Evening Dinner

Friday Dinner El Establo? Sounds like we're leaning here for Friday dinner. A Cow Do restaurant getting rave reviews the beef and pizza are both recommended. About 9 or 930pm. Time will be firmed before hand.

Estancia trip. Day pending based on interest of those wanting to go. Please post and let me know what and when.
