There is a Puerto Rican place near to where I live, I've been quite a number of times and everytime it has been really good. Santiago's (FB URL: https://www.facebook.com/Santiagosdesplaines/ ).
I will contact Santiago's later this afternoon, the owner & I previously discussed a set menu at ~$20 per person that allows everyone to try quite a number of Puerto Rican dishes/items. This was for another organization but I'm sure they will be willing to extend it to us Flyertalkers.

The restaurant appears to be about 10 minutes from ORD which is perfect for me as I'm on a same day trip
